Black Maternal Mental Health Project

The Motherhood Group is leading a project with support from Centre for Mental Health and the MMHA to better understand and advocate for the mental health needs of Black mothers across the UK.

Symptom checker

The MMHA Perinatal Mental Health Symptom Checker was designed to help parents, and those around them, learn the signs of common conditions, like depression and anxiety, and lesser-known illnesses, like postpartum psychosis, OCD, and eating disorders.
