Tommee Tippee and the Maternal Mental Health Alliance are partnering up to empower parents with vital information about mental health during and after pregnancy. Even though 1 in 4 mums and 1 in 10 dads face mental health challenges, too many are still afraid to talk about it.
Together, we’re breaking the silence, starting conversations, and helping parents find the support they deserve.
Taking care of your mental health during and after pregnancy is just as important as looking after your physical health.
If you're struggling, you’re far from alone. Perinatal mental health challenges are more common than you might expect. In fact, they’re more likely to affect you than conditions like gestational diabetes or pre-eclampsia.
The good news? With the right support, things can get better. There’s plenty of help available, and you don’t have to face this on your own.
Please reach out to your GP, midwife, or health visitor and share how you’re feeling.
Find supportTo the mum who puts on a brave face day after day when inside you are falling apart — please seek support. You are amazing and you deserve to be happy.
