We are deeply grateful to the women who took part in this project. Their openness and honesty have been truly inspiring, and we hope they feel proud of the role they’ve played in opening up conversations about perinatal mental health. Thanks to them, more parents will know they are not alone.
The exhibition is just the beginning. This is Also Motherhood will continue online, in print, and through the voices of parents. Together, we hope to build a more realistic, compassionate understanding of what it really means to become a parent.
We'd love to tour the exhibition in 2026. If you have a space and a gap in your schedule, please contact rachael@maternalmentalhealthalliance.org.
