Development and Programmes Manager

The Maternal Mental Health Alliance is looking for a Development and Programmes Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. This important new role will help to build a sustainable charity, manage the implementation of newly funded bespoke programmes of work, support the implementation of the strategic plan and contribute to the overall leadership and management of the MMHA through proactive membership of the Senior Leadership Team.

The role is home-based and part-time – the successful candidate will work 3.5 days a week.

We envision that this role will have a start date in mid January, with first round interviews to take place virtually on Tuesday 24 November.

Senior Team Assistant

The Maternal Mental Health Alliance is looking for an outstanding individual to be our new Senior Team Assistant. The role will provide administrative support to our small, remote team, with a particular focus on finance, member administration and support relating to the Devolved Nations. They will be line managed by the HR and Governance Advisor and will also work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

The role is home-based and part-time – the successful candidate will work 2.5 days a week, with the flexibility to increase to 3 days should funding allow.

We envision that this role will have a start date at the beginning of January, with a handover day to take place with the current postholder sometime in December (to be arranged). Interviews will take place virtually on 11 November.
