Mentor Mums provides a national return to work mentoring service for parents and carers, to help them stay on track in their career after taking parental/carers' leave. Statistics show that many parents - particularly mums - stagnate in their careers or are out of the workforce altogether because of the pressures of caring for small children but we believe with the right support this can be avoided.
