Think Ahead is a mental health charity that recruits, trains, and develops the mental health workforce.
Its flagship two-year programme trains people to be mental health social workers; gaining a post-graduate diploma (PGDip) after their first year and a Master’s degree at the end of their second year. It works in partnership with NHS trusts and local authorities across England. It supports these local employers to harness the value of social work and to integrate social work trainees into their teams.
