For Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, the Maternal Mental Health Alliance (MMHA) is proud to share the Perinatal Mental Health Symptom Checker, a new resource designed to help identify the signs and symptoms of both common and lesser-known perinatal mental health conditions.
The symptom checker is just one resource in the newly launched MMHA Information Centre, an online hub which aims to empower new and expectant parents, and those around them, with mental health knowledge before, during and after pregnancy.
